The Promotion Effects on Archives Management by Evaluation of Talents Cultivation Level of Polytechnics and Colleges

档案资料是评估工作最基本的载体,评估工作深化了高职高专院校对档案工作的认识,有力地促进了高职高专院校档案管理工作的法制化、规范化、科学化、现代化建设。本文以顺德职业技术学院为例,探讨了评估对于高职高专院校档案工作的促进作用。

The archives are fundamental carriers of the national assessment of personnel training level of Polytechnics and colleges. The national assessment of personnel training level carried out by the government improved common understanding of archives management among Polytechnics and colleges and accelerated the construction of institutionalization, standardization, scientization and modernization. Archives management of Shunde Polytechnic is sampled to discuss the promotion effect by archives management on assessment of personnel training level of Polytechnics and colleges.
