狗牙髓腔中植入纤维粘连蛋白复合羟磷灰石的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:将纤维粘连蛋白(FN)液与羟基磷灰石(HAP)复合并植入狗牙髓腔中,以观察FN是否改善HAP的作用效果。方法:在3只狗42个牙的唇侧制洞,分别用600μg/mlFN-HAP糊剂和生理盐水-HAP糊剂植入牙髓腔中,进行组织病理学观察。结果:术后3周,在FN-HAP颗粒周围出现少许骨样基质沉积;术后5周,实验组颗粒周边骨样基质沉积较对照组多。结论:600μg/mlFN液促进狗牙髓组织在HAP颗粒周边沉积基质。 Aim: To observe the effects of fibronectin (FN) -hydroxyapatite(HAP) paste on the dog exposed pulp. Methods: 42 teeth of 3 dogs were exposed via buccal class Ⅴ cavities , FN(600μg/ml)-HAP pastes or water-HAP pastes were implanted into the exposed pulps, then sectioned and stained with HE. Results: Three weeks postoperatively, there were some osteomatrix around FN-HAP paste ,five weeks postoperatively, there were stronger new osteomatrix formation around the FN-HAP paste compared with that around HAP paste. Conclusions: FN(600μg/ml) promotes the dog pulp tissues to form osteomatrix around HAP. 
