西藏昌都地区耕地资源研究

Study on the Resources of Cultivated Land in Changdu Prefecture,Tibet

通过资料收集、野外考察和数据统计，对藏东南昌都地区的耕地资源数量、分布特征、影响因素及未来变化趋势进行了研究，研究结果表明昌都地区1995～2004年期间：（1）宜耕土地资源数量小，宜耕后备少，开发难度大；现有耕地以坡耕旱地为主，耕地质量差，生态环境恶化；（2）耕地总量变化分为上升、保持平衡、下降三个阶段，期间耕地总量减少0．496％；影响耕地总量变化的因素按重要性依次为政策因素、经济因素和自然因素；人口持续增长也是导致人均耕地持续下降的主要因素之一；（3）耕地未来变化趋势主要取决于人口增长、区域经济发展状况以及地方政府政策；耕地总量将趋于平衡；人均耕地下降势头逐渐趋缓。本研究为昌都地区耕地资源可持续利用提供了理论依据。

Based on the analysis of documentary data and field investigations, the land resources in Changdu Prefecture, Southeast Tibet were studied in this paper. Results indicated that in period of 1995 to 2004 ： （ 1 ） The land resource suitable for cultivating is in shortage,and cultivated land resources for reserve is inadequate and difficult to be utilized. The slope dry land is the main component of existing cultivated land,which quality is poor and its environmental condition has become deteriorated. （2） The change of the total amount of cultivated land can be identified as three stages, ascending stage, balancing stage and descending one,and the total amount of cultivated land has been decreased by 0. 496% at the end of this period. The major factors influencing the change of land resource＇s amount can be ranked as policy, economy and natural conditions according to their value of weightiness, and also the continuous population growth is one of the main factors which results in the persistent decrease of cultivated land per capita. （3） The change trend of cultivated land in the future will mainly depend on the three factors as population growth, regional economic situation and local governmental policy. The total amount of cultivated land are predicted to reach balance,and the decreasing tend of the per capita cultivated land will be slowed down. This paper has provided theoretical basis for sustainable utilization of cultivated land resource.
