摘要
以乳品废水为处理对象,自制粉煤灰混凝剂、硫酸铝、聚合氯化铝(PAC)为实验药剂,研究了不同pH值、温度和投加量下,COD和SS的去除效果。结果表明:在弱酸性和中性pH值下,各混凝剂的处理效果较好,且粉煤灰混凝剂的处理效果最好;水温在12-29℃时,PAC和粉煤灰混凝剂受温度影响很小,其中对粉煤灰的影响最小;各混凝剂均存在最佳投加量(1×10^-3moL/L),在相同投量下,自制粉煤灰的混凝效果好于传统混凝剂。因此,粉煤灰混凝剂可以替代传统混凝剂来处理乳品废水。
The coagulation effects of self-made fly-ash coagulant and Al2 SO3 , PAC on dairy wastewater, which were represented by COD and SS removal, were compared at different conditions of pH, reaction temperature and dosage. The result showed that the coagulation effects were better when the pH was weak acidic and neutral, and the effect of fly-ash coagulant was the best among the three; The effects of PAC and fly- ash coagulant were affected little when the reaction temperature was between 12 -29 ℃ ,and fly-ash coagulant was effected the least ; The optimum conditions of all the three coagulants were existent ( 1 × 10^-3 mol/L), and at the same condition of dosage, the effect of fly-ash coag- ulant was better than conventional coagulants. Therefore,fly-ash coagulant can replace conventional coagulants to treat with dairy wastewater.
