摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱法同时测定烯唑醇和高效氯氰菊酯的含量。色谱条件:以甲醇-水(体积比85∶15)为流动相,流速1.0mL/min,经Kromasil C18250mm×4.6mm不锈钢色谱柱分离,可变波长紫外检测器230nm检测。结果表明:烯唑醇和高效氯氰菊酯的线性相关系数分别为0.9966、0.9968,变异系数分别为0.133%、0.437%,平均回收率分别为99.75%、99.69%。
Simultaneous determination of diniconazole and beta-cypermethrin by reverse phase HPLC was introduced. The HPLC conditions were reverse phase column kromasil C18 250 mm × 4.6 mm, methanol and water (85:15, by vol) as mobile phase, flow rate 1.0 mL/min and ultraviolet detector wavelength at 230 nm. The results showed that the linear correlations of diniconazole and beta-cypermethrin were 0,996 6 and 0.9968, the variation coefficients were 0.133% and 0.437%, and the average recoveries were 99.75% and 99.69%, respectively.
