摘要
本文的目的是研究可行、可靠的包覆硝胺发射药组分分析方法,针对已定型的Q/HD081.23—2004组分分析方法中的分析时间冗长,分析条件苛刻的弊端,提出以二氯甲烷和乙醚的混合溶剂取代原有分析方法中的单一溶剂乙醚,并对混合溶剂的溶剂比、提取时间和提取温度进行了研究,确定了适宜的提取条件如下:二氯甲烷与乙醚的溶剂比为4:1,提取温度为65~70℃,提取时间为4h;对比实验和稳定性实验表明,实验数据稳定可靠,与原有方法一致性很好,黑索金和硝基胍提纯实验表明混合溶剂提取条件可行,为应用于工业生产打下了坚实的基础。
This paper deals with the analytical method of coated nitramine propellant, which aimed at longer analytical time and the stricter analytical condition. Mixed solvent of dichlormethanel and ethyl ether were put forwarded to replace ethyl ether, and ratio of solvent, extracting time and temperature were researched, the optimum extracting conditions were as follows: ratio of dichlormethanel and ethyl ether 4: 1, extracting temperature 65 - 70℃, extracting time 4h; the experimental results showed that the experimental data were consistent and reliable; in addition, the extracting results of hexogen and nitroguanidine by mixed solvent also showed that the extracting conditions of mixed solvent were feasible, which laid a solid foundation for industrial production.
