摘要
采用浸渍焙烧法制备了掺杂有CeO2改性的CuO/γ-A l2O3催化剂,在常温常压下采用微波诱导氧化技术,将废水中有机污染物氧化分解。以甲基橙模拟偶氮染料废水为目标降解物,考察了该催化剂在微波诱导氧化工艺(M IOP)中的催化活性。在微波功率为720W的条件下对于25mg.L-1的甲基橙模拟废水,催化剂投加量为10g.L-1,处理2m in后,脱色率可达95.4%,说明该催化剂有较高的催化活性。
CeO2 doped with CuO/γ- Al2O3 catalyst prepared by the dipping - calcination method was applied in microwave induced oxidation process (MIOP) and the pollution in wastewater can be degradated under normal temperature and pressure. The activity of the prepared catalyst was investigated by degradation of methyl orange artificial wastewater by microwave induced oxidation process(MIOP). The color removal of methyl orange wastewater (25mg · L^-1) is 95.4% after 2mins'treatment of 10g · L^-1 catalyst at microwave power of 720W. These results demonstrated that catalyst had excellent catalytic activity.
