摘要
2007年1月7日庆铁老线实现了庆俄原油(大庆原油与俄罗斯原油)等温顺序输送工艺。大庆原油属石蜡基高凝、高粘原油,通常采用加热输送工艺。俄罗斯原油属中间基含硫低凝、低粘原油,通常采用常温输送。在理论与实践上进行了庆俄原油混油量计算与监测、混油浓度及流变性的变化规律、混油对差温顺序输送庆俄原油的影响等问题的研究,得到了俄油混兑比例与混兑温度、站间混油长度、混油中俄油的浓度、夏季的输油温差等重要结果。
In January 7,2007,Daqing-Tieling Oil Pipeline began to transport Daqing and Russia crude at same hatching temperature.Daqing crude is the paraffin based high viscosity heavy crude and is commonly transported by heating.Russia crude is the intermediate based low viscosity light sour crude and is commonly transported under normal temperature.On the basis of theory and practice,systematical study is carried out on the calculation of blending volume of Daqing-Russia Crude and measuring data,the variation law of blending concentration and rheology,and the impact of blended oil on differential temperature batch transportation.Important experimental results are obtained in the blending proportion and temperature for Russia crude,mixed oil length between stations,Russia oil's concentration in blended oils and transporta- tion differential temperature in summer.
