有限元法在脊柱侧凸生物力学研究中的应用进展

摘要 脊柱侧凸是青少年最常见的脊柱畸形,其复杂的三维畸形病理特点及尸体标本的缺乏导致无法开展常规的实体生物力学研究。有限元法(finite element method,FEM)是最初在工程研究中获取材料所受应力及形变近似值的一种数字模拟技术,其特点是能够用不同形状、大小和类型的单元模拟各种几何形状的结构.并且可以适应各种机械应力及载荷。
