摘要
针对目前中小化工企业生产装置和工艺技术水平，提出了以优化及优化控制为手段，提高企业的技术水平和产品质量，增强竞争力。
Current condition of production devices and technological level in middle & small chemical enterprises were analysed. Based on the analysis, it was pointed out that optimization and optimum control were good measures of raising technological level, improving the quality of products, enhancing competitiveness of products.
