摘要 目的探讨某市食物中毒的发生规律和特点,为有效预防和控制食物中毒提供科学依据。方法对某市2003-2007年食物中毒的发生情况进行描述性统计分析。结果2003-2007年某市共发生食物中毒84起,中毒人数1836人,发病率为14.12/10万;中毒食品主要以肉及肉制品最多,中毒起数占38.10%,中毒人数占36.76%;细菌性食物中毒的中毒起数和中毒人数分别占58.33%和61.33%,其中副溶血性弧菌分别占26.19%和24.95%;食物中毒的发生场所集中在集体食堂,分别占47.62%和52.29%;发生时间集中在第三季度,分别占42.86%和43.19%。结论加强宣传教育和培训,加大行政执法力度,突出重点季节、重点场所、重点环节的防控工作,是预防某市食物中毒的有效措施。 Objective To explore the rules and characteristics of food poisoning in a certain city from 2003 to 2007, and to provide scientific basis for effective control and prevention of food poisoning. Method Descriptive statistical analysis was conduced about food poisoning from 2003 to 2007 in a certain city. Results There were 84 food poisoning events and 1,836 poisoned persons from 2003 to 2007 in a certain city, with the incidence of 14.12/100,000. Meat and meat products were the most common food related to poisoning, the frequency of outbreak and the number of victim accounted for 38. 10 % and 36.76 % respectively. Bacterial food poisoning and the number of victim accounted for 58.33 % and 61.33 % ; parahemolyticus food poisoning and the number of victim accounted for 26. 19 % and 24.95 % ; the main site of food poisoning was mess halls, which accounted for 47.62 % and 52.29 %. The peak of prevalence in a year was seen during the third quar- ter, which accounted for 42.86 % and 43.19 %. Conclusions Strengthening propaganda and education, enhancing supervision and monitoring of foodstuff sanitation, focusing on the main seasons, main places and key points are the effective methods for the control and prevention of food poisoning.
