腹腔镜手术治疗宫外孕疗效分析

Analysis on Therapeutic Effect of Ectopic Pregnancy by Laparoscopic Operation

目的观察腹腔镜在宫外孕手术治疗中的疗效。方法78例需手术的宫外孕患者随机分为腹腔镜手术组(n=39)和剖腹手术组(n=39)。对两组患者术中术后情况进行对比。结果腹腔镜手术组手术时间、下床活动时间、肛门排气时间及住院天数,均显著低于剖腹手术组(P<0.05)。术后两组经病理证实均为输卵管妊娠,无并发症。结论腹腔镜微创术手术时间短、损伤小、术后恢复快,但不能完全取代传统开腹手术。

Objective To observe the iherapeutic effect of ectopic pregnancy by laparoscopic operation. Methods Seventy - eight patients with ectopic pregnancy were randomly assigned into the laparoscopic operation group and the laparotomy group, and the therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared pre - operatively and post - operatively. Results The laparoscopic operation group was significantly higher than those in the laparotomy group in surgery time, time to out- of -bed activity, time of anus exhaust, and hospitalization days （P〈0.05）. All the cases in the two groups were diagnosed tubal pregnancy proven by pathology, and no complication occurred. Conclusions The laparoscopic operation has the advantages of short operation time, slight injury, and quick postoperative recovery. But it cannot replace the traditional open surgery.
