摘要
目的研究奥氮平治疗躁狂症的疗效与副反应。方法24例躁狂症使用奥氮平治疗4周,利用BRMS、GAS、CGI-SI、TESS进行评价。结果8例痊愈,8例显效,4例进步,4例无效。结论奥氮平是一种治疗躁狂症安全有效药物,副作用轻微。
Objective To study the efficacy and the side effects of oianzapine in treatment of mania. Method Twenty - four patients with mania were treated by olanzapine for 4 weeks, and the efficacy and side effects were evaluated by BRMS, GAS, CGI- SI, and TESS. Results There were 8 cases of recovery after therapy, 8 cases of significant improvement, 4 cases of improvement and 4 cases remained unchanged. Conclusion Olanzapine is a safe and efficacious drug in treatment of mania with little side effects.
