“D”试验检测葡萄球菌可诱导的克林霉素耐药 被引量:2

摘要 目的了解我院分离的葡萄球菌对红霉素及克林霉素的耐药性。方法K-B法检测我院223株葡萄珠菌对红霉素和克林霉素的耐药率,D试验测定红霉素对克林霉素诱导耐药率。结果金黄色葡萄球菌和凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌对红霉素和克林霉素同时耐药分别占56.5%(26/46)和35%(55/157)。金黄色葡萄球菌D试验阳性率73.3%(11/15),凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌D试验阳性率45%(45/100),203株葡萄球菌中D试验阳性率27.6%(56/203)。结论临床微生物室应开展D试验检测葡萄球菌中红霉素对克林霉素的诱导耐药性,帮助临床医生合理选用MLSb类抗生素。
