摘要 目的调查研究珠海市菜篮子食品中铅、镉污染情况。方法于2005-2007年从农贸市场、酒店酒家,按照随机采样原则,采集189份食品,依据GB/T5009.12-2003、GB/T5009.15-2003所规定的方法对所采集的样品进行铅、镉含量检测。结果189份样品中,有17份样品的铅或镉含量超标,超标率为8.99%。单纯铅含量超标的样品11份,超标率为5.82%,主要是皮蛋,超标率有33.33%;单纯镉含量超标的样品7份,超标率为3.70%,主要是食用菌,超标率有40.00%。结论珠海市部分食品中存在铅和镉污染问题。 Objective To investigate the content of lead and cadmium in foods in Zhuhai City. Methods Totally 189 food samples were randomly collected from markets or restaurants during the period of 2005--2007. The pollution of lead and cadmium in foods were respectively analyzed based on the national standard of GB/T 5009.12 - 2003 and GB/T 5009.15 - 2003. Results Among the 189 samples, the lead or cadmium content in 17 samples was higher than the national food standard, and the over standard rate was 8.99%. The content of lead in 11 samples was higher than the national food standard, and the over standard rate was 5.82 %. The content of lead in preserved egg was the most serious, with the over standard rate of 33.33 %. The content of cadmium in 7 samples was higher than the national food standard, with the over standard rate of 3.70 %. The content of cadmium in edible fungus was the most serious, and the over standard rate was 40.00 %. Conclusion The results show that lead and cadmium contamination is found in several kinds of foods in Zhuhai City.
