摘要
目的评价美国BD公司生产的BACTEC MGIT960分枝杆菌分析系统(960)快速分离分枝杆菌效果。方法采用BACTEC MGIT960分枝杆菌分析系统对临床标本进行分析,同时用《结核病诊断细菌学检验规程》[1]规定的中性改良罗氏培养基法(L-J法)进行平行对照,比较其对不同来源的样本中分枝杆菌的分离率、阳性报告时间。结果对1449份标本用960和传统的中性改良罗氏培养基进行平行接种,960培养的阳性率为32.9%(482/1449),传统的L-J法培养的阳性率为25.5%(370/1449),前者明显高于后者(χ2=61.65,P<0.005)。960的污染率为2.3%,L-J法的污染率为6.5%,前者明显小于后者(χ2=29.42,P<0.005)。阳性报告时间方面,14d内支纤镜提取物(BF液)晚于其它标本;而对链霉素(STR)、异烟肼(INH)、利福平(RIF)和乙胺丁醇(EMB)全耐药菌株早于其它耐药菌株。结论应用BACTECMGIT960系统分离培养分枝杆菌可以明显提高分离分枝杆菌的阳性率和减少污染。
Objective To evaluate the value of BACTEC MGIT 960 system for rapid isolation of mycobacteria from clinical specimens. Method Fast cultivate mycobactria by BAOTEC MGIT 960, and compare with improved L- J medium for the positive rate and time. Results For 1. 449 strains, the positive rate was 32.9 % (482/1,449) using BAOTEC MGIT 960 system, while the positive rate was 25.5% using L - J medium. The former was significantly different from the latter (X2 = 61.65, P 〈 0.005). The pollution rate was 2.3% for BAOTEC MGIT 960 system, while the pollution rate was 6.5% for L-J medium (X2 = 29.42, P〈0.005). Conclusions Combination of BAOTEC MGIT 960 system and L- J medium might raise isolation of mycobacteria and lower the contamination rate.
