摘要 目的探讨PBL教学法在脑外科教学中的应用效果,以提高临床实习医师教学质量。方法选择本院脑外科本科实习生120人,随机分为传统教学组和PBL教学组各60人。对两组实习生考试成绩及自我评定进行综合比较。结果两组实习生阶段考试成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);PBL教学组期末考试、附加题成绩及五项能力自我评定结果均明显优于传统教学组(P<0.05)。结论PBL教学模式能很好地训练实习生的临床思维,培养其采集病史、综合分析、文献检索、语言表达和探索创新等方面能力,全面提高实习生教学质量。 Objective To evaluate the effect of PBL teaching method applying in neurosurgery, and to improve the clinical practice quality of teaching. Method Totally 120 professional students in our hospital were chosen to randomly assign into the traditional teaChing group (n=60) and PBL teaching group (n=60). Examination scores and self-evaluation were compared between the two groups. Results There was no statistically significant difference between the examination scores of probation stage of the two groups (P 〉0.05). Scores of final examination, scores of additional questions, and self - evaluation of five kinds of ability in PBL teaching group were significantly surpassed than those of the traditional teaching group (P〈0.05). Conclusions The PBL. teaching model can effectively train the interns' clinical thinking, cultivate the abilities of gathering medical history, comprehensive analysis, document retrieval, language expression, and exploration innovation, and overall improve the teaching quality.
