《新能源汽车生产准入管理规则》会进一步规范我国新能源汽车行业的发展,防止重复建设,促进汽车企业包括外资企业加大对于新能源技术的开发和投入。
The managing rules on the producing access to new energy vehicles will set more criteria for developing the Chinese new energy vehicle industry, avoiding the repeated projects, and stimulate the automobile enterprises （including the foreign-funded） to increase their investments in the R＆ D for new energy technology.
