摘要
议定书有利于中国在紧急情况下解决突发的公共健康问题时的药品供应,及时应对公共健康问题。更值得关注的是,我国的知识产权法律制度也将实现与议定书的衔接。
The Protocol is propitious to resolving the supply of drugs in case of the public health emergencies, for the timely response to public health issues. The more worth noting is that China＇s laws on intellectual property rights will be also consistent with the Protocol.
