摘要
我国图书馆法制建设经过百年的发展,目前已进入把"完善图书馆法律保障体系作为图书馆法制建设根本"的阶段;我国现有的图书馆法律保障体系的特点是"成就与问题并存";今后我们要加强图书馆法制建设理论研究、改变图书馆法制建设思路、增强图书馆立法的科学性、推动社会各界参与图书馆立法等四个方面的工作,以进一步完善我国的图书馆法律保障体系。
The library legal system building of China has now been in the stage that improving library legal security system is regarded as the fundamental of the library legal system building after nearly 100 years＇ development; the characteristic of established legal security system is achievements and problems coexist; in future, four aspects should be strengthened, such as attaching importance to theoretical research, changing thinking way, increasing scientific legislation and prompting social participation, so that we can further improve library legal security system.
