本文首先对数据库的合法用户及其使用者进行了界定,然后对其享有的权利进行了深入的探讨。旨在均衡数据库制作者和使用者的利益,提高数据库的利用率。
The paper makes definition on the authorized users and other users, and then discusses the rights and interests of each type with the intention of balancing the interests between database makers and users and increasing its efficiency.
