针对图书馆效益控制问题,结合工作实际,介绍个人管理体验和见解:图书馆效益控制关键在于紧抓三控,一是人力资源效益控制;二是经费投入效益控制;三是馆藏资源效益控制。其效益控制表现为如何充分调动人力、财力和物力,以达到用最小的成本,取得最好的综合服务效益。愿以一管之见与同行商榷,期冀共同提升管理水平,促进图书馆的建设与发展。

In view of the library benefit control question, the union work reality, this article introduces individual management experience and the opinion： the library benefit control key, one is the human resources benefit control; two is the funds investment benefit control; three is the collection resources benefit control. How the benefit control performance for transfers the manpower, the financial resource and the physical resource fully, achieved with the smallest cost, obtains the best synthesis service benefit. The article hopes to discuss together, to raise the management level together, to promote the library construction and the development with the colleagues.
