摘要
在研究增强聚氨酯反应注射成型(RRIM-PU)化学组成和RRIM工艺性能的基础上,以玻璃纤维作为增强剂,研制了RRIM聚氨酯增强复合材料,并对其制品性能进行了研究。结果表明,加有玻璃纤维的聚氨酯RRIM材料,热稳定性能和力学机械性能显著提高,并在RRIM工艺要求范围内,材料的性能随着玻纤含量的增加而显著提高,可制得性能优越的RRIM-PU增强复合材料。
On the basis of studying RRIM - PU chemical composition and RRIM technology, RRIM - PU composite with glass fiber as reinforcing agent was prepared, and its property was also studied. The results showed that glass fiber had an excellent reinforcing effect on RRIM - PU product, could increased thermal stability and mechanical property of the product and obviously improve its comprehensive properties.
