摘要
用核磁共振谱仪(NMR)、示差扫描量热仪(DSC)、动态力学谱仪(DMA)、红外光谱仪(IR)、偏光显微镜等仪器观察和研究了洗衣机专用树脂的链结构和相态结构。结果表明:洗衣机用抗冲型乙烯-丙烯共聚物是一种含有多种链结构的混合体系;聚合物结晶形态也是多元混合体系;分子链排列不规度越大,PP共聚物韧性越大。
The chain structure, morphology of special resin for washing machine were observed and investigated by means of NMR, DSC,DMM, IR, polarizing microscope. It was found that impact ethylene - propylene copolymer for washing machine was mixing system containing different chain structures and the crystal morpholgy of polymer was also multiple mixing system. The more irregular molecular chain structure was, the tougher PP copolymer was.
