摘要
半导体超晶格物理是凝聚态物理学中一个极其活跃的前沿领域之一.它的确立、研究与发展,不仅对现代电子信息科技,而且对小尺寸效应、新型材料科学和纳米技术等的发展都产生了革命性的影响.对半导体超晶格物理的历史、现状以及未来走向做一简单的回顾与展望,对于把握凝聚态物理,特别是半导体物理在21世纪的发展趋势具有重要意义.

Its establishment, research and development not only have revolutionary influence on the development of information tcchniquc, but also on a small-sizcd cffcct ,ncw matcrials scicncc and nanomctcr tcchniquc.
