摘要
通过聚合物交联前后动态力学性能和红外光谱的变化以及交联聚合物凝胶含量的测定,研究了聚碳硅烷热氧化及紫外光交联的特性和机理。结果表明在160℃的空气中,聚碳硅烷分子链间的Si通过O原子连接起来形成交联程度很高的不溶不熔结构;而在2537A的紫外光照射下,聚碳硅烷分子链间虽可形成一定的交联,但难于在体系中形成大量的交联程度很高的不溶不熔物。在聚碳硅烷分子链中适当引入-Si-Si-链段,可以提高聚合物的紫外光交联活性。
The characteristic and the mechanism of thermal - oxidative crosslinking and UV ray crosslinking of polycarbosilane were studied by measuring the changes of dynamic mechanical behavior and IR and the gel content. The results indicated that ,at 160℃ , Si - H bonds in polycarbosilane chains were oxidated by oxygen in air and polycarbosilane chains becomed joined chemically to each other by Si - O - Si bonds, thus, polycarbosilane formed a crosslinking network. Polycarbosilane chains could form crosslinked bonds in the presence of ultraviolet light, but could not yield a lot of gel. The crosslinking activity of polycarbosilane in presence of ultraviolet light increased with the content of - Si- Si - within polymer chain backbone increament.
