目的:探讨早产儿坏死性小肠结肠炎(NEC)的危险因素,提高对早产儿NEC诊断治疗及护理的认识。方法:回顾性分析本院1996年11月至2006年11月收治的48例早产儿NEC病例。结果:早产儿NEC临床表现不典型,围产期窒息缺氧感染及不合理喂养为主要危险因素,合并症多,应早期发现,早期治疗,合理喂养,精心护理。结论:加强孕期保健及实施新法接生,减少早产、窒息发生,正确喂养,早期诊断,早期治疗精心护理,可从根本上降低早产儿NEC的发生率及病死率。

Objective Discusses premature infant necrotic enterocolitis （NEC） the dangerous factor,enhances understanding which treats to the premature infant NEC diagnosis and nurses.Methods Review analysis this courtyard from November,1996 48 example premature infant NEC case of illness which admitted to November,2006.Results The premature infant NEC clinical manifestation is atypical,suffocates the oxygen deficit infection perinatal and feeds not reasonably for the primary dangerous factor, the complications are many,should the early time discover,the early treatment,feeds reasonably, careful nursing.Conclusion The enhancement gestation period health care and implementation modem delivery meth- ods,reduce the premature delivery,suffocate the occurrence,feeds correctly, the early diagnosis,early treatment careful nursing,may fundamentally reduce premature infant NEC the formation rate and the case fatality rate.
