摘要
讨论旋转成型的工艺参数对气泡形成影响和消险办法;提出要获得高质量的制品,必须使用高MFI的物料,并具有较小的粒度,较高的加热温度。
The rotational molding processing method for plastics is steadily expanding its product range.however,a drawback of the process has always internal bubbles that occur in the products.This paper describes that aprocessing parameters affect formation and removal of bubbles in the rotational molding.It is suggested that we must use a higher MFI of material with a smalller particle size,then we can make a high quality products in the higher temperature.
