选择性动脉栓塞在盆腔恶性肿瘤急性大出血中的应用

Application of Selective Artery Embolism in Acute Hemorrhage of Pelvic Malignant Tumor

目的:探讨选择性动脉栓塞疗法治疗盆腔恶性肿瘤急性大出血的临床价值。方法:对16例盆腔恶性肿瘤大出血的患者采用选择性动脉栓塞法进行治疗,观察其疗效及并发症。结果:本组患者采用选择性动脉栓塞疗法治疗后,均止血成功,无严重并发症。结论:选择性动脉栓塞是治疗盆腔恶性肿瘤安全、有效的方法,可有效控制恶性肿瘤的大出血。

Objective To discuss the clinical value of selective artery embolism in acute hemorrhea of pelvic malignant tumor, Methods Sixteen patients with acute hemorrhea of pelvic malignant tumor were underwent with selective artery embolism, whose therapeutic effect and complication were observed.Results After selective artery embolism treatment, all patients were successfully stop bleeding, with no serious complications.Conclusion Selective artery embolism is safe and effective method in the treatment of pelvic malignant tumor, which can effectively control the malignant tumor hemorrhage.
