灵蜜脯加工工艺的研究

摘要 本试验以灵蜜瓜为原料,经2年研制,掌握了灵蜜脯的加工工艺。实验和生产结果表明,该工艺简单、易掌握、成本低、经济效益高。产品色艳、质优,是具有推广前景的新产品。 After a series of experiments in 2 years, the technology of maki- ng 'Lingmi' candied fruit from 'Lingmi' mellon has been worked out,The experiment and production test showed that the technology is fairly simple and easy to operate, and has the advantages of low cost and high economic effect.The product is colourful with high quality and promissing for further extension.
