PDS的双重背景及对师范院校教师教育的启示——以天津师范大学教师教育改革为例 被引量:4

摘要 从专业理论看,PDS是对"教师作为专业"的具体化尝试;从社会现实看,PDS又是专门性教师职前教育严重缺位之后的补救之选。对师范院校而言,在借鉴PDS学校经验的同时,必须充分考虑教师教育的客观规律,积极应对本地区基础教育改革的现实需要,全面而稳妥地对教师教育工作做出调整。
