It is an inevitable requirement for the development of Trade Unions to build into a studying type with the Chinese characteristics. Reading groups can be an effective way to promote the Union＇s members＇continuous education, lifelong education and self education and thus improve the self perfection of the members in order to contribute to the development of the studying style based Trade Union. The organized reading groups by the Trade Union are a highly effective way to study. Through studies, the members could strengthen the competitive ability, inspire the self-sublime desires and invoke the passion of exploration and innovation.
