摘要
我国普通高校的成人教育经过50多年特别是改革开放30年来的发展取得了巨大的成就,但与此同时也存在着一些影响其发展的"症结",尤其是对成人教育认识的偏差,成人教育的管理和教学模式的滞后,以及专业设置雷同,教学内容陈旧等问题。针对上述问题,提出了改革我国成人教育发展的思路,确立"以人为本"的指导思想,构建高质量、有特色的成人高等教育体系,强化质量管理,深化成人教育的理论研究,促进成人教育的健康、和谐发展。
China' s adult education has met with such influential issues and challenges as misdirected concepts, backward management and teaching models, identical specialty setup, and out-of-date contents, etc., despite its rapid development in the past 50-odd years, especially in 30 years' reform and opening to the outside world. Therefore, the author proposes that sound and balanced progress of adult education be based on humanity-oriented guideline, high-quality and unique education system, quality-intensified management and advanced theoretical research.
