摘要
我国考试管理体制的改革是教育工作者争议和思考的焦点之一。通过对考试体制的整体回顾和反思,从考试管理主体资格、管理内容、管理方式手段以及管理实际效果几方面指出我国现行考试管理体制存在诸如教考分离不清、考试形式单一等弊端,并尝试提出了法制化、专业化、人性化、个性化、放权化的考试管理体制的发展方向。
The paper tries to review and reflect upon the reform of the present test administrative system in China, a subject heatedly discussed by educators involved, in a bid to find out issues and problems concerning juridical qualification, and administrative scopes, methods, techniques and effects. To tackle such deficiencies as vague exam-teaching separation and single test form, the author proposes certain workable management mechanism characteristic of legalization, specialization, humanity, personalization and decentralization.
