摘要
对2008年初湖南省因气候变暖引起的极端气候现象、冰灾过程及对电网的影响进行了系统的阐述和分析,介绍了冰灾中采取的应急调度、短路融冰、人工除冰、灾情监测等主要技术措施在保网过程中的作用,对输变电设备的受损情况进行了统计,从设计标准、覆冰状况、现场调查分析3个方面阐述了线路倒塔的原因。
The extreme climate, ice disaster process led by global wanning and influence on Hunan power grid at the beginning of 2008 were presented and analyzed. The function of emergency dispatch, short -circuit ice melt, artificial de -ice, disaster monitoring in protecting power grid was introduced. Transmission and transformer equipment loses were statistical analyzed. The causes of line tower collapses were analyzed from design standard, icing situation, and spot investigation.
