摘要
根据装备保障指挥原则,运用层次分析法和模糊综合评判建立装备保障指挥系统效能综合评估模型。其评判矩阵的最大特征值对应的特征向量即为权重向量。然后对底层因素进行专家打分,逐层往上评价,得出最后结果。最后通过实例验证了该模型的可行性和实用性。
Based on principles of Equipment Support Command, the model of evaluating equipment support command system is established by using AHP and fuzzy synthetic evaluation. Eigenvector corresponding to the maximum eigenvalue of the comparison matrix is the weights vector. Then, experts ascertain power of factors on the bottom, and get final results by evaluating layers from low to high. Finally, possibility and practicability of this model is proved by an instance.
