摘要
目的提高对小儿早期睾丸卵黄囊瘤的诊断与治疗水平。方法回顾性分析3例小儿早期睾丸卵黄囊瘤的病例资料。结果3例患者术前行阴囊B超提示睾丸增大,内部回声不均匀。甲胎蛋白(AFP)值均明显升高。3例均行根治性睾丸切除术,术后行病理检查确诊为本病。3例术前、2例术后均未进行化疗,随诊1年未见复发症状。结论小儿早期睾丸卵黄囊瘤可根据相关检查结果,结合病理检查可确诊。治疗方法为行根治性睾丸切除,可不作化疗,预后差。甲胎蛋白(AFP)及B超检测对本病的诊断有重要价值。
Objective To improve the level of diagnosis and treatment of pediatric testicle yolk sac tumors. Methods 3 cases with this disease were retrospectively analysed and the correlative literature were reviewed. Results Increased bulks and uneven inside-echoes of the testicles were found in 3 patients on Bultrasonography and the levels of AFP increased obviously in all patients. Radical orchiectomy were peformed on all patients who were confirmed with the disease by pathology. No recurrence was found after 1 years followed-up. Conclusion Pediatric testicular yolk sac tumor, whlch has a bad prognosis ,can be definitely diagnosed in combination with pathology. The result of B-ultrasonography and AFP are important for the diagnosis of the disease. Radical inguinal orchiectomy is a better way to treat this disease, while chemotherapeutics is not necessary.
