城市环境治理评价,是实现城市环境治理目标的有效工具,基本方法主要有环境费用效益分析法、环境费用效果分析法、环境质量指数法、环境治理相对绩效评价法。与环境治理相关的一些评价方法有层次分析法(AHP)、主成分分析法(PCA)、模糊综合评价法等。

The evaluation of urban environment governance was an effective tool to achieve （he goal of urban environmental governance. The basic evaluation methods had the environmental cost - benefit analysis method, environmental cost - effect analysis method, environmental quality index method, and relative performance evaluation method of environmental governance. The methods which related to environmental governance had the analytic hierarchy process method （AHP） , the principal component analysis method （PCA） and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method etc.
