摘要
正交试验优选工艺条件及其放大验证试验结果表明,混合溶剂法精制胭脂树橙产品达到"日本食品添加物公定书"的要求,产品合格,工艺流程合理可行。
Orthogonal experiment and validation experiment for process optimization were carried out. The results showed that bixin products which purified with mixture solvent are qualified to the standard of Japan Regulations of Food Additives.
