On the Harmonious Enforcement of Law

法律的和谐实施在社会的和谐与科学发展中处于基础的地位。为使法律得到和谐实施必须做到法律理念的普遍信仰、"良法之治"、有效控制国家权力、司法裁判的公正、权威和实现公民法律监督的实质化等几个方面。

The harmonious enforcement of law is the basement of social harmony and scientific development. In order to make the harmonious enforcement of law realized, the followings are necessary： the prevalent belief in law, rule of conscientious law, control of public power in effect, the equity and authority of judicial judgment, substantially realizing the citizen supervision of law, etc.
