房产档案管理具备房产类型多、信息量大、管理职能复杂、内容时段化与管理动态化等特点。基于SWOT分析方法,在房产管理的硬件和软件建设两方面,可以分析与之密切关联的优势、弱势、机会和威胁因素,从而提出加快房产档案管理信息化建设的对策。

The archives information construction of real estate provided a convenient and efficient ways to the scientitle management of real estate in keeping with the information trend of the 21st century. According to properties of real estate archives, such as the many types of real estate, information complexity, diversity of management functions, the sessions of content and the dynamic of management, intemal strengths and weaknesses, external opportunities and threats is analyzed by using SWOT analysis method. Finally strategy of archives information construction of real estate is proposed.
