摘要
在教师教育体系经历了一次大的调整和改革后,我国小学教师职前培养体系暴露出一些弊病,不能充分地满足基础教育对师资的需求。根据我国小学教师职前培养的历史特点,结合我国当前小学教师培养工作的现状,要加快小学教师培养体系的建设必须重点解决好培养机构的确定、办学层次的定位、培养模式的变更和培养工作的扶持性政策的完善这几个方面的问题。
After the education reform, there appears some problems in the system of the pre - work training of the primary school teachers and this system can not meet the requirements of the basic education in China. The author tries to do some analysis by comparing the history of teacher training with the trend of the teachers cultivation and education development and offers some suggestions on how to construct the effective system of the pre - work training of the primary school teachers.
