摘要
2004年欧盟完成第5次扩大使得欧盟成员国的数量增长至25个国家,由此加剧了欧盟内部成员国之间的经济不平衡性。欧盟的区域政策在欧盟诸项经济和社会政策中占有重要地位,成为欧盟财政支出的重要方面。作为解决区域平衡发展问题的典范,欧盟的区域政策在政策制定、法律保障、区域划分、执行措施、政策工具以及监督管理六个方面为我国的区域平衡发展和区域经济政策的制定提供了经验和借鉴。
The fifth enlargement of EU in 2004 made it become a family with 25 Member States in different economic situations respectively. The regional policies, which are one of the most important economic and social policies of EU, take up the most part of EU＇s year budget. And the regional policies of EU can make a good example for China in the fields of policy-making, legislation, unit division, tools and means of balance.
