资源产权与资源价格浅议

Discussion on the Property Right and Price of Resources

从马克思和西方经济学两个学派入手分析了资源产权与资源价格的关系,以此为基础针对我国的现实情况提出了应该如何重构我国资源产权和确立资源价格。

Starting from the theories of Marxism Economics and Western Economics, this paper analyzes the relationship between the property right of resources and the price of resources. According to the actual situation in China, the author proposes the measures about restructuring the property right and building the price of resources in China.
