摘要
创业企业的成功依赖于创业企业经营管理人员和核心技术骨干的创造性劳动,作为企业所有者,采取合适的的方式对创业企业高层管理者和核心技术骨干人员进行激励,是必须要解决的问题。通过相关模型,研究分析了创业企业如何制订最优的薪酬策略,向创业企业高层管理者和核心技术骨干授予股票期权,形成有效的激励约束,是一种比较合理的选择。
The success of venture firms depend on the creative work of the top managers and important technician. It is important for venture firms to design a effective way to incentive the top managers and important technician in venture firm. By using the models, this paper studies how to design the optimal salary for venture firms.Awarding the stock option to top managers and important technician is a reasonable choice for rapid development venture firm.
