摘要
目的:探讨灌肠术肛管插入角度、深度及灌入液压力对减轻患者不适及灌肠效果的影响。方法:将200例拟行肛肠科手术需行术前灌肠的患者依数字随机法分为两组,各100例。对照组采用常规不保留灌肠法,观察组在灌肠过程中注意调整肛管插入角度和速度,增加肛管插入深度,降低液体压力。结果:两组灌入液体量、保留时间、手术后首次排便时间等指标比较差异均有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:在灌肠术肛管插入过程中细心调整插入角度、增加插入深度和降低灌入液体压力,可以有效地减少患者不适,提高清洁肠道效果、保障手术的顺利进行及术后伤口恢复。
Objective :To explor the differece effect by changing the angle, depth ,pressure of cannula in enema, to reduce the discomfort of patients and to increase the effect of enema. Methods: 200 patients with anal diseases were randmly divided into two groups, each groups wth 100 patients. To apply noretention enema in control group, to adjust the angle and speed of inserting,increse the depth, reduce the pressure of liquid in observing group. Results: There were significant differences (P 〈 0. 01 ) between the two groups in the capacity of liquid,the duration of enema, the intesitnal cleaness and the first stool time. Conclusion:To adjust the insert angle carefully before the enema ,increase the depth of inserting anal canal and reduce the liquid pressure,The discomfort of patients can be reduced and the effect of enem can be increased, a good premise for operation and wound recovery can be arrived.
