对新聘护士“三基”知识掌握程度的动态分析

Dynamic Analysis of Mastery Extent on "Three-Basis" Knowledge of New Employed Nurse

目的:了解新聘护士对"三基"知识的掌握情况,并进行动态分析。方法:对新聘护士先进行"三基"考试,工作半年及1年后复试,对考试结果进行分析。结果:护士进院时考试平均分较低,培训半年后及1年后平均分逐步提高、低分数段人数明显减少。结论:应加强对新聘护士的规范化培训特别是专业理论知识的培训,使之尽快熟练掌握"三基"知识,保证护理工作质量。

Objective： To analyse the mastery condition of ＂three- basis＂ knowldge of new employed nurse. Methods： To take the ＂three -basis＂ knowledge examinations when they first came in, six months and one year later. Results： There was not good result at the first time,87.78% of them passed and with low score. But after six months and one year＇ s training the average score improved gradually. All of them passed and nurses with low score declined evidently. Conclusion： The new employed nurses should be received normal training. The first training is specialty theor）, training. They must master the ＂three - basis＂ knowledge and ensure the quality of work.
