Institution is formed in the interaction of human conduct, which provides a kind of extended cooperative order in terms of standard, stableness and dynamics of people＇s conduct. With the development of human society,different institutions are needed to safeguard social stableness and to promote social development. Socialist harmonious society demands all factors operate in a coordinated way, which includes reasonable income distributing system, sound system of social security and systems for coordinating development, anti -corruption as well as sound legal system and interest expression mechanism.
