摘要
分析了发电机转子绕组短路故障时作用于转子的不平衡电磁力表达式,得到了转子径向振动特征。指出转子绕组匝间短路故障将引起发电机转子基频振动,且振动程度与短路位置、短路匝数、励磁电流有关。短路位置对振动的影响为:短路点越靠近转子大齿,对转子振动影响越大;短路匝数对振动的影响为:对于相同的短路位置,短路匝数越多,转子振动越大;励磁电流对振动的影响为:对于一定的短路位置和短路匝数,励磁电流越大,转子振动越大。最后实测了SDF-9型故障模拟发电机转子径向振动信号,与理论分析结果基本吻合。
The imbalanced magnetic force acting on the rotor induced by a fault of rotor winding inter-turn short circuit is calculated.The vibration of fundamental frequency increases when the fault occurs.The vibration is influenced by different inter-turn short circuit factors,such as the short-circuited location,the number of short-circuited inter-turns,and the exciting current:the closer to the large teeth of the rotor the short-circuited location,the higher the rotor vibration;the more the number of short-circuited inter-turns,the higher the rotor vibration;the higher the exciting current,the higher the rotor vibration.Finally,the rotor vibration of an SDF-9-type generator is measured in laboratory to verify the theoretical analysis presented in this paper.
