流动人口子女教育问题与对策研究

Study on the Education Problems for Children of the Floating Population

针对当前我国城市流动人口子女教育问题日渐严峻的现状,从社会经济发展不平衡、制度保障滞后、流动人口自身素质低下、社会教育与管理体系不完善四个层面,系统研究流动人口子女教育问题的成因,提出促进区域经济平衡发展、加快制度改革步伐、有效配置教育资源、构建三维教育体系等相关对策和建议。

By taking into consideration the current situation of the gradually serious education problems for children of the city floating population in our country, we will study the causes of the education problems for children of the floating population systematically from the following four perspectives： the imbalance of social economic development, the lag of system guarantee, the low quality of the floating population themselves and the imperfection of the social education and management system, so as to put forward relevant solutions and suggestions of promoting the balanced development of regional economy, accelerating the system reform, allocating educational resources in an effective way, and constructing the three - dimensional education system, etc.
